Background & Qualifications
Before becoming a real estate agent in West Michigan, Sue Prins held careers in marketing, interior design and photography. Sue’s marketing expertise is a strong asset to her clients who are selling homes, and her creativity and eye for detail allows her to spot subtle property features which could be drawbacks or benefits to home buyers.
In addition to her expertise in standard real estate sales, Sue is certified in short sales (SFR) and relocation assistance and is an active member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors (GRAR).
Sue has been married to a general contractor for over 26 years. Her husband, Mike Prins, is owner of MPI Concept. Sue’s exposure to the processes of home remodeling and construction gives her a unique expertise in home systems and structure, a perspective both buyers and sellers find very helpful.
For the past 12 years, Sue has lead youth worship and played guitar and drums for the youth band at Daybreak church.
